I have worked in the IT industry for nearly 30 years, managing and leading DBA teams and developers and have extensive experience in the engineering, commercial and banking sectors.
My expertise includes developing solutions that meet a client’s specific requirements and designing complex integrations between PPM and other applications.
I have over 25 years experience in change management and in helping blue-chip organisations achieve competitive advantage from their technologies in cost-effective ways.
One of my specialities is to support clients in creating a change agenda, including defining its scope, putting together investment and business cases, developing benefit tracking models and gaining approval for the project at board level.
I was Director for a portfolio of technology transformation programmes at ING (Netherlands and Belgium). And I was Director for Systems Development for GMAC and have held senior roles at Marsh and McLennan, Prudential Life & Pensions, NPI, United Utilities (Vertex) and Royal Insurance.
Stephen is a non-exec responsible for Financial Management. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in 1993 and held several finance positions in industry. At one time, he was Financial Controller of international operations at a $1bn NASDAQ quoted company.
In 2000, he co-founded an organisation called 2020 Chartered Accountants, of which he is a director. 2020 provides outsourced finance functions and virtual finance directors to growing service companies, particularly those in the technology sector.
Tim chairs the board meetings of CQC Solutions and as a non-exec, is instrumental in guiding the company and working on various proposals.
Tim is a Chartered Accountant and has, during his career as a Partner in one of the world’s leading professional services firms, led many large complex consulting assignments and has performed line operational roles, in both business management and finance.
Mike is a successful entrepreneur, having started the e-learning business Atlantic Link, which was acquired by Kaplan in 2010 and also helped to build the e-learning company, “Cirrus e-learning”. M
Mike is also the Managing Director Gomo Learning where he is responsible for the overall strategic development of the business with a particular focus on innovation, development, sales and marketing
