CQC Service Desk to go 24 hours
CQC are pleased to announce that their current Service Desk, supporting various CA-Clarity clients, will go 24 hours. Due to current client growths and the need for timely, knowledgable, Clarity support, CQC has decided to establish its operations on a 24 hour basis. The service team will still be based in London, but will service users around the globe.
Already, established with a multi-national, multi-lingual team, the Service Desk team will also be supporting various client applications, databases and enterprise servers.
